Student Services

Academic Services

Our experienced Student Advisors support students in all aspects of student life to find solutions for academic issues, everyday situations, and pretty much anything else! Our advisors are able to assist you in a wide variety of languages, which allows the student to easily communicate their needs in their first language.

When it comes to studying in Vancouver, our advisors understand that it may be difficult to know where to start—especially if you’re new to your college. So VIC-CC also provides you with 24/7 chat-based technology support, so you can conveniently get help whenever you need it on any device.

Preparing students for success in a changing world

VIC-CC Program Coordinators provide our students with full academic support. Students receive detailed program outlines, class and assessment schedules, in-class activity instructions and detailed academic counselling.

For those students who require English language training prior to their commencement of our career programs, VIC-CC recommends the English Language Learner’s programs at Sprott Shaw Language College (SSLC), our sister school under CIBT.

VIC-CC also offers a referral service to an immigration consultant should students require assistance with visa and permit applications. Additional fees may apply for immigration consulting.

Social Opportunities

VIC-CC offers students a variety of opportunities to participate in social activities to meet other students from around the world and have a great time together.

There are monthly after-school activities, weekend trips and seasonal events planned all-year-round. Many of the activities are uniquely Canadian or specific to the Pacific Northwest region. Our activity coordinator is here to assist students with details.

Live, work and

study in Vancouver

Vancouver has been consistently ranked among the world’s most livable cities, and it’s easy to see why. Vancouver’s lifestyle is a big part of its appeal, and Vancouverites enjoy some of the mildest weather in Canada, with easy access to outdoor recreation, world-class restaurants and a vibrant arts and culture scene. Go hiking on the North Shore mountains, kayaking at English Bay, or grab some sushi or a beer at a brewpub with friends. Whatever it is you’re looking for, Vancouver’s probably got it.
